Graham Allison isthe Douglas Dillon Professor of Government at Harvard University where he has taught for five decades. Professor Allison was the "Founding Dean" of Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and until 2017, served as Director of its Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs which isranked the " #1 University Affiliated Think Tank" in the world. As Assistant Secretary of Defense under President Clinton and Special Advisor to the Secretary of Defense under President Reagan, Professor Allison has serve don the Advisory Boards of the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and the Director of the CIA. His latest book, Destined for War: Can America andChina Escape Thucydides' Trap? (2017), is a national and international bestseller. His other international bestsellers include Lee Kuan Yew:The Grand Master's Insights on China, the United States and the World, Nuclear Terrorism: The Ultimate Preventable Catastrophe, Essenceof Decision: Explaining the Cuban Missile Crisis. Professor Allison was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was educated at Harvard College (B.A., magna cum laude, in History); Oxford University (B.A. andM.A., First Class Honors in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics); and Harvard University (Ph.D. in Political Science).

Former Deputy Managing Director of IMF

朱民博士目前任清华大学国家金融研究院院长，也是世界经济论坛董事会执行董事。朱民博士于2011年7月至2016年7月担任国际货币基金组织副总裁。此前，他曾担任中国人民银行副行长和中国银行副行长。他也曾在世界银行工作，并在约翰﹒霍普金斯大学和复旦大学讲授经济学。

Dr. Min Zhu is currently Chairman of the National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the World Economic Forum. Dr. Zhu was Deputy Managing Director at IMF from July 2011 to July 2016. Before that, he served as Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China. Prior to his service at China’s central bank, he worked as Group Executive Vice President in Bank of China. Dr. Zhu also worked at the World Bank and taught economics at both Johns Hopkins University and Fudan University.
